We work hard to be very reasonable. If you don’t like a product you
purchase from us, let us know. Our business is making you happy!
We'll do our best to correct any problems to your satisfaction within
reason.
- Call or email to receive a return authorization number.
- Items may be returned in original packaging, unused, along with
the sales receipt for a refund so long as they arrive here within
10 days of our shipping date.
- Risk of loss until received remains on you.
- We reserve the right to reject damaged or incomplete return
shipments, or to charge a restoration or damage fee.
- We deduct shipping and handling charges and the fees we pay
for use of a credit card (generally 3% plus $0.50 covering the
original charge and the refund).
- Typical shipping deduction is $20.
- Should we decide to accept a return after the 10 day period
specified or without a return authorization number, we will
charge a 15% restock fee.
